The Website is operated by Shafat Trading Co LLC, a limited liability company with registered company number 221343, whose registered address is at Shop 15, Eisa Thani Building, Murshid Bazar, Deira, Dubai, UAE, P.O Box 7556 (“IntiBeauty”, “us”, “we”, “ours”).

The Website is provided to you for your personal use subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products supplied by IntiBeauty.

If, for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will inform you as soon as possible, unless you wish to accept substitute products of equivalent quality and price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or any other problem identified by us.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or charges incurred with that order.
